I have suffered with migraine headaches since I was very young. I was on all kinds of medication for a long time. The meds only gave me side effects and only worked for a short while. After a few treatments of Reflexology from Rosemary, I started to feel relief and gradually the headaches went away. I took treatment once a week for six months and then went to every two weeks. At the end of one year my migraines were totally gone. I did not have to take prescription drugs any longer. For those of you who have not tried Rosemary for Yoga or Reflexology is missing out! The Yoga has helped me personally with my fibromyalgia and the Reflexology was relaxing and soothing while performed but when I was finished I had so much more energy! If you are in the Tucson area I would certainly contact Rosemary asap!!!
